Everything was spot on

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness was exceptional, there were no issues there. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool and the spacious rooms. The location was amazing, on top of a hill away from the noise of the city, yet close to the lakes. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a part of the family. Moreover, there was ample parking space provided by the hotel.

Spent Xmas at a hotel and it was fantastic! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Loved the homey feeling provided by the cozy ambiance and the delicious food we got to enjoy. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and the beach. But the best aspects were definitely the stunning views from the balcony, and the heated swimming pool which we had all to ourselves. The perfect way to spend the holiday season – we'll definitely come back.

The bed, which was not very comfortable, and the lack of towels provided in the room. But overall, it was a great experience, and the small inconveniences didn't take away from the quality time we spent as a family.

the family running the resort is welcoming and friendly. They offer freshly made Italian cuisine that's made to order; I particularly enjoyed their handmade pasta. They also accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. the resort's location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, with stunning vineyards, mountains, and plenty of sunshine to enjoy.

The resort's pool is small and better suited for small children, which was not ideal for me. the rooms do not have fans or air conditioning, making them quite stuffy, especially during the summer months.

Nestled atop a scenic village surrounded by vineyards, this hotel offered a serene retreat from city noise. the personalized service of the staff was exceptional, ensuring a comfortable stay. the room featured a well-stocked kitchenette with modern amenities for a home-like experience. the gorgeous panoramic views of the valley and Bergamo were breathtaking, enjoyed from the balcony. the homemade meals at the restaurant were delicious and authentic, with an array of local wines available. the grocery store within easy access was a convenience. Breakfast was a highlight, serving fresh produce and baked goods.

The lack of air conditioning may cause discomfort on hot days.
